Today, I discuss how this past month I was in such a fog. With the recent move and trying to get acclimated to this new life I created, it seemed that my brain needed a break. A break quickly turned into a few weeks, and I realized that I had stopped doing all of my self-care practices. I am getting back on the wagon though! I am choosing to actively live the life that I envision my higher self lives, and making an effort to be fully present more days than not!
